Natalie Carter, a Your Move Financial Consultant from Rainham, is taking on a daring challenge ON Friday 29 January when she plans to have her hair shaved – in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
Natalie, who sadly lost her Mum to Cancer in June 2003, will be taking part in Macmillan’s Brave the Shave fundraiser and aims to raise £2,000 – at least – for this very worthwhile cause.
Natalie commented:
‘I lost my beautiful, funny, caring, brave mum to cancer, she was only 45. During her battle against the disease Macmillan were a great support to my mum and our family, therefore I wanted to do something to help them.
I’ve already raised £1,500 towards my fundraising target but would really like to gain as much support as possible from anyone who would be prepared to donate before the event takes place.’
Good luck Natalie and if anyone would like to offer sponsorship, simply access the link below where you’ll also be able to see a ‘before’ photo of Natalie and then, we hope, an ‘after’ photo once she has taken part in the challenge.
