How it works
We’ll work closely with you to establish your long term goals and help you determine your Big Why. We will establish exactly what you are looking for, and once you are happy, you then pay an activation fee to find the perfect property for you.
Our model can be tailored to suit your circumstances—we work with you on a one-to-one basis—providing you with the highest level of commitment and service. Once we find your ideal investment(s) we can introduce you to the members of our Power Team, such as solicitors and brokers, or you can use your own. The property will be purchased in the name of your Limited Company, or as a Joint Venture, directly with Proplynx.
The Buy-Develop-Sell system works on the same principle as our Portfolio Builder system, but the investment period is shorter. The Net Profits are split 50/50, and it comes with the assurance that you will receive all your investment back. Since it requires a larger initial investment, you can justifiably expect significant returns in a much shorter space of time.
In the highly unlikely event that we haven’t found something you love within 60 days the activation fee will be returned. If you elect to pull out before the end of the period, we retain the activation fee for time spent.
