Your Move’s Financial Services team are taking part, this weekend, in a fundraising challenge to raise money for Cancer Research and Alzheimer’s Society.
Simon Cox, our National Financial Services Director commented: “Both of these causes are close to the hearts of individual members of our management team, with a number of us having experienced a personal loss or seeing the impact of these diseases in recent months – hence we are determined to do our bit for both charities.
“Our team will aim to complete the 3 Welsh Peak Challenge (climbing Snowden, Cadair Idris and Pen y Fan within 18 hours) and also fly downhill – at over 100 mph – on the World’s Fastest Zip Wire (known as the Velocity) across a Snowdon Quarry.
“The intrepid team undertaking and supporting this venture are Sally Malik, Dave Burke, Paul Skelton, Janet Greener, Mike Scragg, Adrian Newling-Goode, Geoff Grant, John Hargreaves, Janelle Walker, Aron Brown, Iain Finch and me.
“We are determined to do our bit for the two charities we have chosen so please, please help us raise money by sponsoring the team – all donations, no matter how big or small, will be gratefully received and will be very much appreciated. Thank you.”
